Details of those who will be occupying
the cottage must be entered on the Booking Form. CarnView is designed for the 6 people, plus cot, and Sea View for 4 people,
plus cot and this number must not be exceeded. o
There is no extra charge for electricity
Heating in included during the winter months Oct-April) If heating is required during summer months a charge will
be made. o
Price includes bed linen and towels (1
bath per person) Tea Towels and one hand towel. Beds are supplied with a duvet, 2 pillows per person. o We request that you provide bedding for the cot. o Details of our cottages are subject to change and improvements over
time. o
Guests are to pay for any loss or damage
caused by the guest or a member of their party. To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition
at the end of the holiday rental. To permit us reasonable access should it become necessary. Not to part with any of the owners
property or share it with anyone other than the named persons on the booking form. o If, for any reason beyond our control, the property should not be available, or is no
longer suitable for occupation on the dates booked a full refund will be given. o SeaView: The changeover day is Saturday. The property will be available from 3.30pm on
the arrival date, and must be vacated by 10am on the departure date. o CarnView: The changeover day is Saturday. The property will be available from 3pm on the arrival
date, and must be vacated by 10am on the departure date. o Bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of £100 per week, the deposit is non-refundable and
the balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday no reminder will be sent. In the event of full
payment not being received, the owners will be free to re-let. In the event of the balance not being received within the time
specified we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. Full payment
must accompany bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival. o Method of Payment
Payments can be made by cheque or electronic bank transfer. cheques can
only be accepted three weeks prior to a late booking. Any charges incurred by dishonored cheques or bank
transfers must be reimbursed by the guest.o
In the event of you being unable to
take your holiday, you must inform us immediately in writing. If a holiday is cancelled with more than 8 weeks' notice,
only the deposit will be forfeit. If a holiday is cancelled less than 8 weeks before the start of a holiday, the whole rent
is payable unless we succeed in re-letting when the payment will be refunded, minus a £50 administration charge..

It is recommended that you take out cancellation
insurance on your holiday in case you are unable, at the last minute, to travel. Accommodation is non-transferable unless
permission is given by the owner. o
Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement
and details must be entered on the booking form. o
Dogs that are not destructive or suffer
anxiety when left are permitted to be left unattended in the cottage, please supply a contact number if should we need
to contact you should your dogs become distressed when left unattended o Throws are provided for furniture, but please bring your own dog bedding. o
If your dog fouls in the garden, please
remove, double bag and place in the dog waste bin. o
Dogs are not permitted on the furniture
please respect this. o
We do not charge extra for dogs. Please
respect the property as you would your own and do not allow your dogs to damage furniture and fittings. Use throws to cover
furnishings. If damage is caused, a charge will be made.
